Group Sound and Song Meditation Class (Jan 26 2025)
Thank you to all who attended and donated so that we could make a contribution to the Pasadena Humane Society for all the work they’re doing to help displaced, lost, and injured animals from the LA fires. This class was meant to be a fun and safe exploratory space, a moment for presence, connection and healing. I loved hearing all of your beautiful voices revealing themselves!
