Focused on recalibrating posture, tapping into awareness and developing body-mind coordination with a deep focus on breath support and the entire breathing process from breath, phonation, to release. We’ll identify physical and mental blocks that hinder the voice and practice healthy ways to undo habits that do not serve us. You’ll learn the building blocks of your instrument in a holistic format that supports the development of tone, range and self-expression.

This pack dedicates an additional 4 sessions to learning studio microphone technique and recorded singing.
