About Me
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach trained through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC). I focus on client’s with creative aspiration and support anyone looking to live more meaningfully and aligned with their authentic self. I’ve lived my life with many diverse chapters - exploring different entrepreneurial pursuits with success, and industries that aligned with my passions while always being an artist. Life should have purpose and be an adventure. I’m here to support you in your own quest!
For over two decades I’ve been a singer, performer and recording artist with many entrepreneurial accomplishments. My first endeavor was forming my own event ensemble at 19 years old, performing for private events of all scales, which went on to become an 8-piece band option and garnered feature in New York Wedding Magazine.
Throughout my twenties, I gigged professionally, booked corporate events, weddings and more, while developing both performance and business skills. Our group had an angle that aligned with the music I loved, and so we had a niche that was authentic in an over saturated industry.
Eventually, I was ready for the next chapter as a creative and musician. I wanted to dive more into my own voice, songwriting and recording. I shifted focus and surrounded myself with other artists of aspiring levels. I went back to college and earned by Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Vocal Performance in New York City’s jazz mecca, West Harlem, at the City College Of New York. I picked up an internship at a music publishing company that quickly turned into a full time job as an A&R. I learned about sync licensing, pairing writers and producers in the studio and general music business for songwriters.
I moved out to Los Angeles at 30, ready to marinate as an artist, to find clarity and ultimately my voice as an artist. I worked in the restaurant industry while devoting most of my days to vocal, guitar and songwriting practice. I began recording, building my own band and performing original live sets. Simultaneously, my love for animals and all creatures grew after adopting my first cats, and this turned into 6 years of working in animal rescue and activism while being a musician. I went from volunteering to earning a job running all logistics for a non-profit animal rescue foundation here in Los Angeles. Living compassionately and being a voice for animals was a value of mine I had not discovered until this point in my life and it shapes my life till this day.
Recording my own music and growing my local fanbase were goals of mine coming to life. I was building my fanbase and craft - all independently. I received praise through multiple media sources for my releases, including Billboard Country, Spotify, and even got on some public radio. Currently, I’m onto my third EP and more proud than ever of the final product to come in 2026.
While honing my artistic craft in my 30s, I deep dove back into my own singing technique, recalling years of private lessons. I discovered solutions for vocal development that I hadn’t been taught. I began developing a program for singers that reflected my experience - breaking down the fundamentals and not ignoring the body and mind relationship. I launched my teaching company, Discover Your Voice, and it caught on quickly in my local area. Today, I am proud to have taught so many students from all walks of life - whether as a hobby or a pursuit. Being a life long student has helped me become a teacher in touch with the ups and downs of learning something new, breaking bad habits and gaining confidence through time and dedication.
Coaching students through challenges and empowering them to be brave and open as singers has taught me a lot. Through my sessions for singers, the confidence, communication and happiness of my students increases. This is a parallel for life coaching. Just as in discovering one’s singing voice, discovering your true values and passions helps to align your life authentically with who you are. Learning ways to incorporate and leverage our character strengths helps us reach our goals. Challenging our limiting beliefs opens up new areas of growth and momentum.
Whether you’re looking for deepened self awareness and to live a more authentic life, or you’re a singer-songwriter looking for support with your creative plans, I’m here to help along the way. I am a sounding board for ideas, a safe place for self discovery and a support system helping guide you toward your authentic self and to achieving tangible achievable goals. You’ll learn practical tools for growth and, with willingness, we’ll dive deep into areas of life that help connect you deeper with yourself and aspirations. Together, we create an action plan for success, track progress and celebrate milestones.
I look forward to hearing from you!
